Crown Grading LLC (“Crown Grading,” “we,” “us”) operates crowngradingpro.com and crowndatabase.com. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information We Collect

  • Account & contact details — name, email address, phone number, and shipping/return address when you create an account or submit cards for grading.
  • Order information — details of the items you submit, declared values, order history, and tracking numbers.
  • Payment information — payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. We never store your full card number on our servers. Stripe’s handling of your data is governed by its own privacy policy.
  • Usage data — basic, privacy-respecting analytics about how our sites are used (pages viewed, approximate region). We do not sell or share this data with ad networks.

How We Use Information

  • To receive, grade, insure, and return your submissions;
  • To process payments, send order and shipping notifications, and provide customer support;
  • To maintain public certification records for graded items (certificate pages show item details, never your personal contact information);
  • To operate our internal accounting and record-keeping.

Sharing

We share information only with service providers needed to run the business — payment processing (Stripe), shipping carriers, and accounting/bookkeeping software — and only what each provider needs. We do not sell your personal information. We may disclose information if required by law.

Retention & Security

We keep order and accounting records as long as required for business and legal purposes. Access to personal data is limited to Crown Grading staff and systems that need it, protected by authentication and encryption in transit.

Your Choices
