Terms Of Service Agreement
Welcome to our card grading and authentication service! By using our service, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
Acceptable Cards: We can only accept cards that meet the following criteria: Standard size: 2.5 by 3.5 inches No oversized cards will be accepted.
Submission Forms: Customers can use our CG submission form or an Excel spreadsheet in the same format as the submission form to submit their items for grading.
Payment Methods: We accept credit card, PayPal, Venmo, and Zelle payments. Checks and money orders will not be accepted.
Declared Value: Clients must add a declared value to their items so that there is proper return shipping insurance. Coverage is up to $2000 maximum.
Shipping: CG will ship all cards via USPS or UPS and will insure each order up to a maximum of $2000.
Authenticity: We will use our best efforts to authenticate your cards, but we cannot guarantee the authenticity of any card.
Turnaround Time: Our standard turnaround time is 8 weeks, but this may vary based on the volume of submissions we receive.
Return Policy: All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges will be given.
Limited Liability: CG shall have no liability whatsoever to the customer for any damage to any cards that CG can reasonably demonstrate occurred while not in the custody or control of CG. Customer must inspect all cards immediately upon receipt and report any damage or discrepancy (such as mechanical errors pertaining to the description of the card) to CG within five (5) days of customer’s receipt of the cards. Failure to properly inspect, identify and report the damage, discrepancy or error to CG within 5 days of customer receipt of the card will make the customer/submitter financially liable for any and all losses and/or claims caused by the circulation or sale of the mis-marked or inappropriately identified card. Crown Grading Services will provide collectors with the finest, most thorough, consistent and accurate grading efforts available in the industry. Disputed grades on cards are limited to typographical errors.
