Submission Walkthrough

Step 1:

Organize Your Cards! Firstly, organize your trading cards based on the card sets or brands. This will make it easier for Crown Grading to process your submission efficiently.

Step 2:

Clean Your Cards! Ensure that your cards are clean and free of any dirt or smudges. You can use a soft cloth or microfiber towel to gently wipe the surface of the cards.

Step 3:

Package Your Cards! Once you have organized and checked the condition of your cards, it’s time to package them properly. Crown Grading recommends using individual card sleeves & holders (top loaders) to protect each card during shipping. Do not send cards loose in a package as this may cause damage.

Step 4:

Submit your order! You can choose from different grading levels depending on your needs (Bulk submission/subgrades/etc.). Make sure to include any special instructions or requests in the submission form. Please send a copy of this submission form to crowncollectiblesgrading@gmail.com, print a copy to include in your package, and please keep a copy for your records.

Step 5:

Ship Your Cards! After submitting your order, carefully package your cards in a box or padded envelope and ship them to the address provided by Crown Grading. Be sure to include a copy of your submission form with your package.

Step 6:

Receive Your Graded Cards! Once your cards have been graded, you will receive a notification by email or text. Crown Grading will then ship your graded cards back to you via the shipping method you chose during the submission process.
